Get a grip on your Anxiety levels in 2018!

From January 19th for 6 weeks at 12.00pm (GMT) we are beginning our new online 6 week Anxiety workshop. 

Our online courses in 2017 have proved very successful and we have received plenty of positive feedback.   We use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy as well as other proven techniques. We have put together the most successful techniques we have used with other clients and groups over a number of years.   The beauty of an online course is that you can login from wherever you are and don’t have to travel to a venue. You can contribute as much or as little as you like, via our platform and we will be teaching you live. At the end of each session we have a short relaxation session which will leave you refreshed for the rest of the day.  We also supply you with work to do in-between sessions and we are available to help you with any problems you have with the course. Please join us then on Friday January 19th at 12.00pm (GMT) and the following Fridays - 26th January, 2nd February, 9th February, 16th February and 29th February.   The course is only £100 per person for six hours of ways to cope with your anxiety, leading you to a happier, healthier life.  Please forward to your colleagues as you never know who might need this course!
