Deep Relaxation, Visualisation & Meditation

Up to an hour of guided deep relaxation/visualisation or Mindfulness meditation.  These sessions are refreshing and restorative.  

We recommend doing these at least once a week over lunchtime for an extended period of time.

We regularly hold these sessions at companies during lunchtimes and sometimes early morning or at the end of the day.  We can provide yoga mats.
