From January 19th for 6 weeks at 12.00pm (GMT) we are beginning our new online 6 week Anxiety workshop. Our online courses in 2017 have proved very successful and we have received plenty of positive feedback.   We use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Hypnotherapy as well as other proven techniques.
